Scope. This policy covers information collected through this website (kajimindworks.com), such as when you contact us or book a call. It does not cover loan files, borrower information or other data that lenders process through the Kaji platform. That data is handled under each client's agreement with us and the client's own privacy obligations.

Kaji Mindworks LLC ("Kaji Mindworks", "we", "us") operates this website. We are based in the United States.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, role (if provided), your area of interest and your message. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, the time you choose and any notes you add.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit: your IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page and the date and time. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, borrower data, loan files or other sensitive personal information through this website.

How we share information
